"Been with State farm for a few years now. Rates are going up, but considering the state of drivers in the state, it’s an Unfortunate reality.
At the end of the day, I’m staying put for now. The customer service at Brenda Espinosa’s agency is top-notch. Vianca it was great and walking me through everything. In an age where automation, including AI, seems to be taking over everything, great customer service can take you over the top."
